Your hosts

We were both born in Switzerland but have lived and worked as a fashion photographer and a stylist in Paris for many years. Being interested in literature and art, we enjoyed the pulsating life in the French capital. Nonetheless, we wanted a change and moved to the Haute-Saône, where we ran a B&B in the Château d’Epenoux. We love meeting and interacting with an international clientele. In addition, we have had the good fortune of sharing our passion for good food with our guests.

Sicily’s cultural, scenic and culinary richness has fascinated us again and again during our travels. Palmento La Rosa was love at first sight and we look forward to welcoming you as our guests in this green haven.
