Prices are per room per night and include a rich breakfast. At Easter, Christmas/New Year high-season prices apply. Pick-up service from Trecastagni can be arranged. We require a 50% down payment upon booking.

House rent 2009

The house rental includes the use of the 4 double rooms, the living room (300 square metres), a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and garden furniture on the terrace.

Prices are per week. At Easter, Christmas/New Year high-season prices apply. We require a 50% down payment upon booking. If you cancel 10 or fewer days prior to arrival, no refund of the down payment will be made.

Guidelines & Rules: Il Palmento La Rosa is non-smoking. Sorry, no pets. Guests will be responsible for making good any damage which has occurred due to negligence, wilful damage or irresponsible behaviour. The management accepts no responsibility for any personal injury, loss or damage to personal effects arising at the accommodation. Items are left at your own risk.
