The Palmento La Rosa is a private house owned by a Sicilian born and raised in Zurich, Switzerland.

In the heart of the beauty and history of Sicily, in an unique environment between a volcano, the plains and the sea, Toni La Rosa’s goal was to offer his guest in an old and historic winemaker’s house the serenity and quietness of Sicily. 

The location of the Palmento La Rosa is singular - between the Etna, the highest volcano of continental Europe -  and the Cyclope’s Coast besang in Homer’s Odyssee. A place of power with immense positive energy as found by a conference of geomantic scientists in 2014. 

The Palmento is being rented only to private guests with a certain sensibility and an interest in the history and culture of Sicily. According to your wishes additional services are available as well as excursion programs (culture, nature and cuisine/wines). 

The Palmento understands itself as a spot where you do not only spend your holidays but venture into the volcanic environment and the old, genuine heart of Sicily itself.
